Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years construction experience. Individual must be an assertive self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with others to manage construction project processes, and the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintaining contract drawings and documents; coordinate the engineering and construction functions as they relate to the project; expedite, review and process submittal data; material procurement; maintain delivery schedules; and work with project superintendent on weekly schedule.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields; preliminary knowledge of construction methods, materials and installation procedures, building code requirements, construction costs, estimating, and engineering principles.
