Big Walnut Early Learning Center
The Plan
One of our favorite back-to-school construction projects this summer was the Big Walnut Early Learning Center. Since 1950, this facility has housed a variety of class types and grades. Now, a strategic overhaul has readied it to provide top-notch educational experiences for the community’s youngest students.
Crews from five Miles-McClellan divisions collaborated to upgrade the school’s walls, floors, ceilings, and doorways through general construction, masonry, concrete, wall systems, and restoration work. We focused on modernizing and making spaces more versatile to meet the unique needs of early childhood education. We also improved elements of the mechanical infrastructure and the audio/visual systems.
