Construction of a new 45,000 SF, two-story free-standing library. The library is steel-framed with metal deck, concrete floors, and metal bar joists. There are two rooftop air handling units. The building has an automatic fire alarm system and is fully sprinklered. The library features an expandable meeting room seating up to 388 people, quiet rooms, a reading room with a working fireplace, a youth services department, a circulation counter, and a reference desk.
