The Plan
As one of very few omakase dining experiences in Charlotte, Yugenn sought to create a one-of-a-kind luxury dining experience. Serving as the lead general contractor alongside AB Group Architects, Miles-McClellan managed every phase of the $1.6 million renovation, coordinating teams, timelines and technical details to bring Yugenn’s elevated concept to life. Every step required craftsmanship, coordination and a deep understanding of the high-end aesthetic the owners envisioned. Clear communication, flexibility and thoughtful problem-solving allowed us to keep the project on track without compromising quality.
