Miles-McClellan Construction announces promotions for Matt Mackey and Molly Coen

Two Miles-McClellan construction managers recently earned promotions, thanks to their consistent leadership and embodiment of the company’s core values. Molly Coen and Matt Mackey each began their careers as project engineer interns and steadily gained impressive experience and skill through projects that span across several sectors. 

Both became known as go-to project managers for problem solving and superb communication with clients and partners. Additionally, Mackey and Coen each have invested great effort in training teammates while simultaneously managing high-pressure, complex projects. 

Molly Coen promoted to Senior Project Manager

Molly Coen’s leadership style has positively affected the relationships and outcomes of every project she’s worked on, earning her reputation for being “relentless in pursuit of client satisfaction” and not just having a can-do attitude, but a “will-do” attitude.

In recent years, Molly managed a difficult historical renovation with several community stakeholders and major projects within a corporate office tower and a medical hospital tower. Now, she’s leading a multi-faceted, multi-million dollar renovation at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. 

Last year, Molly was honored among all central Ohio construction professionals with the President’s Award from the Central Ohio Builders Exchange. 

Matt Mackey promoted to Senior Project Manager

Matt Mackey’s work receives high satisfaction marks from every client, and over the past few years his dedication and talent drove his successful navigation of complicated projects for a large school system. Most recently, he’s helped build an excellent partnership with large organizations in the healthcare and academic sectors.
