The Plan

The campus has two buildings. The first building is a 3-story, 70,000 SF, LEED gold certified office building. The office building houses over 150 employees, boasts a flight operations room, and an opulent VIP/Lounge specifically designed for current and future customer arrivals.

The second building is a 170,000 SF research and development facility. The R&D facility features a Deluge Foam System in the maintenance and supply areas of the hangar, a turntable for product showcase, a turn-key paint booth with lifts, independently moving plane scales, and an 8″ slab throughout the building. Although this building is not part of the LEED Certification, we diverted 85% of waste from landfill on this portion of the project.
