The Plan

Miles-McClellan Construction was trusted with projects for Heart of Ohio Family Health, a nonprofit healthcare provider serving Central Ohio since 2003. To accommodate the thousands of patients they see each year, our crews provided reliable design-build construction services to meet the specific needs and wants of their healthcare spaces.

At the Whitehall James B. Feibel Center, we delivered a 21,500 square-foot facility designed to provide quality healthcare to thousands of individuals and families in Central Ohio. The build featured a 1,500 SF retail pharmacy, 16 medical and behavioral exam rooms, 9 obstetrical and prenatal rooms, provider and administrative offices, nursing stations, and other necessary support amenities.

Miles-McClellan also supported the Capital Park Renovation — a 2,000 SF retail pharmacy with administrative workspaces. Our crews renovated two bathrooms and added a new parking lot to accommodate increased traffic from the new pharmacy.
