The Plan

Thanks to our previous work on Ohio State University (OSU) healthcare sites, Miles-McClellan was selected to work alongside Walsh-Turner Joint Venture on the construction of the newest inpatient tower at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Because the addition was built right up against the existing James Cancer Hospital, safety was a primary concern — our teams might not have been working in an active hospital, but there was a possibility that there were patients in the next room. By assigning the right people to each scope of work and leveraging our strengths, Miles-McClellan completed the project on time while meeting OSU’s quality expectations.
