Looking for a Commercial Concrete Partner? Here’s Where We Thrive.
Foundations and Slabs
We deliver solid starts for every build, from shallow foundations for warehouses and retail spaces to structural slabs for multi-story construction. Our team is experienced in monolithic slabs for tilt-up projects and heavy-duty solutions like grade beams and mat foundations.
Flatwork and Horizontal Surfaces
Our crews pour clean, durable flatwork including parking lots, drive lanes, sidewalks, loading docks and concrete pads. We also finish interior slabs for commercial spaces with options for polished or stained surfaces.
Structural Concrete
We bring visual impact to concrete with stamped, textured, exposed aggregate and colored finishes. That includes cast-in-place and retaining walls, shear walls, elevator cores, columns and beams.
Specialty and Infrastructure Work
From curb and gutter systems to ADA-compliant ramps, we cover essential site infrastructure. Our team installs trench drains, barriers, bollards, equipment pads and industrial-grade foundations tailored to your project’s demands.
Featured Project: Adventure Cove at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium
This expansive sea lion habitat demanded precise and durable concrete work to bring The Columbus Zoo & Aquarium’s vision to life. At the heart of the exhibit are two massive cast-in-place concrete pools totaling more than 375,000 gallons, engineered to house the sea lions safely while withstanding constant water pressure and wear. The project also included a 6,000-square-foot indoor care facility, a 19,000-square-foot Animal Encounters Village and Life Support System (LSS) building, and a thoughtfully designed exterior habitat — each structure supported by robust concrete construction.
Beyond the structural demands, the project enhances the guest experience with acrylic viewing windows, immersive exhibit areas and an upgraded stingray touch experience. It also introduced a new restroom facility and expanded education and support spaces, creating a seamless, engaging environment for families to explore, learn and connect with marine wildlife. This project is a prime example of how expert concrete execution supports both the infrastructure and the imagination behind world-class animal exhibits.
