The Results

Construction of an office (6,546 SF) and maintenance garage (22,740 SF) for the City of Westerville. 1,530 SF of renovations brought the existing fleet office up to code. The scope also included new site utilities, material storage, a wash bay building (2,089 SF), site grading and parking.
