The Results

An early 20th Century Beaux Arts three-story office building transformed into a gallery for modern art collections.

The original building was 36,000 SF over 3-stories. Our team constructed a new exterior wall as the back half of the original building was demolished to give way to the second phase of the development. The building is now 18,000 SF over three-stories. The existing interior space required a complete demolition to the shell and followed with all necessary architectural, fire suppression, mechanical, and electrical work to meet current building code standards.
