Dave believes building excellence can only be achieved through a full-team effort — everyone paying attention to details while keeping their clients’ best interests at the top of their mind.

Why did you choose the construction industry?
When applying for college, I struggled to choose between engineering, business, and accounting as a major. A friend of a friend told me about construction management which seemed to bring each of those majors together.

Which project are you most proud of?
I am very proud of the work we’ve done at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Over the past 10 years, we’ve completed over a dozen projects of all different types and sizes from the Palm House Expansion and Wells Barn to a new greenhouse and atrium refresh. I really enjoy working with our clients.

What do you like about Central Ohio?
I like how Columbus is a new, clean city that is always improving itself.

What is the best compliment anyone could give you?
That I can be counted on.

Where is the most interesting place you have traveled?
The American West — I appreciate the openness.
