The success of a completed project is definitely customer satisfaction. It’s just a lot more fulfilling to know that people are satisfied with us. The best compliment I’ve been given was from the architect and our client and the City of Dublin. They said, ‘Without you, none of this would ever happen.’ I wanted to give back to the community and I felt a sense of pride that Miles-McClellan went over and beyond to do this for the community of Dublin.
