The Results

The 10,000 SF expansion includes a new main entrance, a reception/info area, a hospitality area, a multi-purpose fellowship hall, a kitchen/café, 3 adult multipurpose class/LifeGroup rooms, staff offices/conference room, and a multi-purpose storage room.

Eastpointe Christian Church offers preschool services and holds various events throughout the week. While working in an occupied space has many more safety challenges, construction was contained outside and away from the public, mitigating many potential safety hazards. The team waited to tie into the main building until after preschool services ended for the summer, so the majority of the project had zero impact on the owner’s daily operations.
