Library Construction Results

Construction of a new 45,000 SF, two-story free-standing library. The library is steel framed with metal deck, concrete floors, and metal bar joists. There are two roof top air handling units. The building has an automatic fire alarm system and is fully sprinklered. The library features an expandable meeting room capable of holding up to 388 people, quiet rooms, a reading room with working fire place, a youth services department, a circulation counter, and reference desk.
