The Results

Our team renovated a 13,000 SF office space on the 7th-floor of a downtown office building. The 6th and 8th floors were occupied during the renovation, so the team performed the louder work off-hours and made all deliveries and trash removal before 7:00 am. Huntington Bank added a restroom renovation adjacent to the space mid-way through the project that extended the project another 4 weeks. With that addition, the project finished on schedule and $2,000 under budget.
