The Results

The Four Points by Sheraton is a  65,000 SF,  4-story hotel. The building features a large open lobby area upon entrance that opens to the second floor. All common areas are open for outdoor viewing while inside the facility. This hotel has 110 guest rooms. Of the 110 guest rooms, ten are ADA accessible, and two are suites. The facility has four meeting rooms, one multipurpose room, a fitness area plus swimming pool, a fireplace, library, guest lobby, restaurant, full kitchen, and bar.

The back of house support areas include laundry facilities, storage, a mechanical room, an electrical room and an employee break room. Housekeeping rooms are found on the first level as well as on the third. There is also a back of house pool equipment room that houses the filter, pumps and cleaning/maintenance equipment.
