The Results
Aston Park Tower is an 11-story, 119 unit public housing facility originally built in 1971. Miles-McClellan replaced the exterior building envelope in four-month phases to minimize displacing residents. All exterior brick, support angles, insulation, sheeting along with windows and doors were removed and replaced with new. Interior construction reworked the window openings.

Value engineering saved the owner $1,200,000.
