The Results

Friendship Village of Dublin is currently embarking on a long-range Master Plan Expansion and Renovation Project that will ultimately reshape the majority of the existing campus facilities. Construction includes four new garages and parking lot improvements, four 4-story independent living Flats (112 units), a new 51 unit independent living building, and various additions and renovations to the existing facilities.

As Owner’s Representative, we have overseen plan implementation on this multi-phased project over the past several years.
