The Results
The rehabilitation of a 12-story, high-rise building. The building’s 196 units have been renovated into 170 units (26 units were demolished and converted to amenity space). After rehabilitation, the tower now has 120 studio apartments and 50 one bedroom apartments. The first floor includes outdoor seating areas, offices, multi-purpose rooms, a commercial kitchen and dining hall. The second floor has additional office space and multi-purpose rooms.
