The Results

The Village at Ottawa Ridge is a two-story luxury apartment style complex. The first floor has 40 units and houses a large lounge area with fireplace that opens into a full media room, coffee room, craft and game room and a rotating exhibit space for art. There is a dining room and a full service kitchen that offers a warming and serving area. The entire complex offers an emergency call system in each bathroom and bedroom that reports directly to the reception area.

The second floor also has 40 units and also provides an exercise room, game room, and wellness center that has private rooms for visiting physicians and practitioners. The wellness center also has a whirlpool tub and loft overlooking lounge below. Each floor has two laundry facilities.
