Why or how did you get into construction?
From a young age, I loved playing with Tonka trucks and watching construction equipment work on sites around town. That love stuck and led me to pursue construction as my career.
What project are you most proud of?
I was lucky enough to manage the construction of the Tom W. Davis Clock Tower on The Ohio State University’s campus. As an OSU grad, it’s exciting to know that the tower will be a part of campus for a long time.
What is the best part of your job?
I like to drive around town and see all the projects I’ve been involved with.
What do you like about Central Ohio?
I moved to Columbus to go to college and never left. The people are friendly, the traffic is manageable, and I have a lot of friends here. It’s a great place to live.
What is the best compliment anyone could give you?
The best compliment I can get is when a client refers Miles-McClellan to a friend. There are many options for contractors in town, so it’s an honor when people encourage their friends to partner with us.
Best advice you ever received?
Always be honest, even when that’s difficult.
Most interesting place you’ve traveled?
Edinburgh, Scotland. It’s a city filled with amazing history, architecture, and people.
