Leadership
Jeremiah Webb
Project Executive
How did you get into construction?
I was drawn to construction because I’m a hands-on person who loves solving complex problems. There were many people and experiences throughout my life that pointed me towards this career path.
What is your most memorable project?
My most memorable project was The North Residential Dorm Transformation (NRDT) at The Ohio State University that allowed me to learn from industry leaders on a large state design-build project and build strong professional connections. The Gravity 2 project was equally rewarding and the one that I am most proud of. It gave me the opportunity to be part of a team from the initial vision to the final product. I gained valuable insights into project management, finance and design decisions from the owner’s perspective.
What is the best part of your job?
Central Ohio is my home. I love living close to family and friends, enjoying the beautiful farmland nearby, cheering on local sports teams and being part of a strong community. I also love Central Ohio because my family and lifelong friends are close. Farmland within 20 minutes in every direction. The changing of the seasons (even winter), good football (OSU, Bengals) and the good people.
Best compliment anyone could give you?
Any compliment that recognizes how much I care about what I do or how hard I work.
How do you define Building Excellence?
Building excellence is the delivery of high-quality construction projects. It involves clear communication, timely updates and a collaborative approach to address challenges and exceed expectations. Building excellence fosters trust and satisfaction, leading to successful projects and long-lasting relationships.
Hobbies?
Creating and building things, classic cars, playing sports, home restoration projects
What is the most interesting place you’ve traveled and why?
The San Fermin Festival in Pamplona, Spain, was an unforgettable travel experience. Running with the bulls alongside my brothers and thousands of others created a memory that will last a lifetime. This solidified Spain’s place as one of the most interesting places I have visited.
